the hotel offered amazing personal service and attention to detail. the staff was extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and happy to help with anything I needed. I enjoyed the fantastic views of the surrounding tea plantations, and the location was just a short drive from a breathtaking waterfall. I was delighted with the delicious food, especially the farm, to, table vegetables served for dinner, and the breakfast was equally tasty.
Although I loved my Xmas break stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. the hotel lacked some amenities that I would have liked to have had, such as a gym or a swimming pool.

During our Christmas stay, we were thoroughly impressed with the elegant and clean rooms, complete with stylish furniture and decor. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms provided a cozy and enjoyable experience. the welcoming drink and refreshing towels upon arrival added a nice touch to our stay. We also appreciated the stunning views of the surrounding tea plantations, which made our stay even more memorable.
One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of options for breakfast. We found ourselves wishing for a more leisurely and nourishing meal, instead of a fast breakfast that we had to rush through.
